This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for commercial services in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District intends to award a minimum of three (3) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) from this notice. The BPA's will provide sandblasting and painting services of vessels located at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Ensley Engineering Yard (EEY) located at 2915 Riverport in Memphis, Tennessee 38109. Other District may use this BPA to award BPA Calls at the task order level. The solicitation number is W912EQ-23-Q-0030 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 336611 with a standard of 1,300 personnel. All responsible vendors may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.

The Solicitation will be issued on or about May 31, 2023. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM), in order to receive a Government contract award.
