Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) Contracting Office (AFTC/PZI), Arnold AFB, TN anticipates the release of a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) five-year multiple award (MA) CE BUMP III contracts. The Government anticipates awarding a minimum of two (2) and up to four (4) total IDIQ contracts. This acquisition is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The contracts are for execution of the mechanical projects in the utilities and building systems sustainment, restoration and modernization to support the research development test and evaluation (RDT&E) mission at Arnold AFB. The estimated magnitude of the entire contract is not to exceed $99M. The North American Industrial Classification (NAIC) code for effort shall be 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors), and the Product Service Code (PSC) for this effort shall be Z2AA (Repair or Alteration of Office Buildings). The Business Size Standard is $19M in average annual receipts.

Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
