Contractor shall provide, on a call when needed basis, vault and septic toilet pumping services. Due to the remote nature of the service area, the contractor providing the pumping service must respond and provide services within four (48) hours of receipt of a phone call and or via email request for services. These services include all equipment, transportation, labor, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to pump and dispose of all waste products (organic and inorganic) in accordance with State and Federal Regulations in accordance with the Solicitation Provisions, Contract Clauses, Technical Specifications, and Attachments. All vault toilets shall be pumped EMPTY and all debris shall be removed from the vault and septic tanks during service by Contractor. All vault toilets systems shall be filled with fresh water at minimum 5% capacity up to maximum 10% capacity by the Contractor. Contractor shall adhere to the required current Regulations that Govern Subsurface Sewage Disposal Systems, Section 1200-1-6-19, Septic Tank Pumping Contractor, for the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation and other local regulations that
may apply.
