The Tennessee School for the Blind (¿TSB¿) is seeking a contractor to remove the gutter systems in Cottages 2 through 10 and replace with safe and functional gutter systems. The Contractor shall bear all expenses associated with the purchase, operation, and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
