Notes	This bid is being issued to secure a “Contractor” to furnish and complete the installation of all commercial kitchen equipment and serving lines purchased to include, but not be limited to, equipment, freight, delivery, labor, materials, supplies, travel, etc. as specified herein. The school district is currently seeking equipment bids on behalf of the schools detailed in the specification’s documentation and any future school’s commercial equipment needs. Bid documents may be obtained at https://blounttn.ionwave.net/login.aspx. Vendors are encouraged to register with Blount County and submit their response through the online bidding system at this same link. Bid responses are not accepted via email or fax. Bidders must allow ample time to submit their response. No information may be submitted or modified beyond the Response Deadline Date / Time . When registered, vendors may submit questions via the Questions tab for this ITB in the online bidding system. Please make note of the question deadline. 11/21/2022 08:30:00 AM (ET)	Site Visits - Monday, November 21, 2022 at 8:30 am	A non-mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting will be held on November 21, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. ET beginning at Rockford Elementary. Bidders will meet at the main entrance. From Rockford Elementary, attendees will travel to Middlesettlements Elementary and will finish at Montvale Elementary. The site visits are being made available to allow Bidders the opportunity to ensure they have all measurements, electrical, plumbing and any other specifications necessary to ensure the schools receive a turnkey installation and pricing. IMPORTANT : Bidders are responsible for all measurements and required specifications for the turnkey installation. The schools are to incur no costs in addition to the bidder's turnkey pricing. Any missed measurements or connection requirements will be at the expense of the bidder.
