INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS
The City of Bartlett, Parks and Recreation Department is seeking bids to remove silt and sediment from the bottom of the existing retention pond by excavation methods. Erosion along the side slopes will also be repaired and riprap will be added to help stabilize the banks. The Project will also include erosion control, sod, and all associated work. Although this project does not require a TDEC SWPPP, the Contractor shall implement Erosion Prevention and Soil Conservation (EPSC) Best Management Practices (BMP’s) as required by the City of Bartlett and the TN Department of Environment and Conservation. (TDEC).

A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 10:00 AM (CST) to address your questions and provide additional information for this proposal. All interested respondents will be required to attend this meeting. The pre-bid conference will be held at Stoneridge Park located at 3525 Altruria Road, Bartlett, TN 38134. Sealed bids are to be received no later than 2:00 pm on Tuesday, May 30, 2023. All bid packets (original and two copies) to be labeled “FY2023-04-019 “BARTLETT PARKS STONERIDGE POND GRADING” and addressed as follows:
