This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Air Compressor Replacement in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The 164th Airlift Wing located at 4593 Swinnea Memphis, TN 38118, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for a single award contract to be prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 333912 Air and Gas Compressor Manufacturing, with a Small Business size standard of 1000 employees. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-87. This Request for Quote (RFQ) for Air Compressor Replacement is being set aside for Total Small Businesses. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract. If you cannot quote all items requested in this RFQ, please submit quote on what you can provide, as it may be considered if government determines best for the government, however it's the government's intent to award to a vendor who can provide all that is requested. Meaning, the goal of this solicitation is to find a small business to fill the requirements of the 164th Airlift Wing.

52.232-18 Availability of Funds

Availability of Funds for the Next Fiscal Year (Apr 1984)

Funds are not presently available for performance under this contract beyond 30 September 2023. The Government’s obligation for performance of this contract beyond that date is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise for performance under this contract beyond 30 September 2023, until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for performance and until the Contractor receives notice of availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. 1) Rotary Screw Compressors- installation labor and material in accordance with the attached Statement of Work

Site Visit will be conducted 14 August 2023 at 10:00 am CDT. The purposes of this site visit is to view maintenance hangars and answer any questions regarding this solicitation. This survey will start at 164th Logistics Readiness Squadron, Bld. 4575 Room BS34 located on Memphis ANG Base, Memphis, TN. Interested Contractors are highly encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference. The site visit will be held following the conference.

This information must be provided in advance, not later than 3 business days prior to the meeting, to ensure access to the military base and site. Even if you have access to the base you must respond. The furnishing of the above information is voluntary; however, your failure to furnish all or part of the requested information may result in the Government’s denial of your access to the site visit. This information will be provided to the Base Security Forces who will authorize your entrance to the site.

Visitors must arrive at the Installation’s Main Gate thirty (30) minutes prior to scheduled site visit. You will be required to present the following information upon arrival: (1) Vehicle Registration, (2) Valid Drivers License, (3) Proof of Insurance for Vehicle, (4) Safety Inspectionand Car Rental agreement if applicable. Any of the above information furnished by you is protected under the Privacy Act and shall not be released unless permitted by law and/or you have consented to such.

Information provided at this site visit shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the combined synopsis. Terms of the combines synopsis remain unchanged unless the it is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the

acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply.
