The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 9 Network Contracting Office (NCO) 9 intends to issue and award a Sole Source single award Firm-Fixed Price Base plus 4 Options type contract with a period of performance of 10-01-2023 through 09-30-2028 against NAC 36F79722D0197 to provide radiopharmaceutical Illuccix Ga-68 and PSMA 11 on demand for the Nuclear Medicine Service, Memphis VA Medical Center, 1030 Jefferson Ave., Memphis, TN 38104, to Telix Pharmaceutical (US), Inc., located at 11700 Exit 5 Pkwy, Ste 200, Fishers, IN 46037-8003. It has been determined that, through initial Market Research, only 1 (one) responsible source can provide the required brand name radiopharmaceutical, against an existing NAC contract, as identified below, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6(b) Items peculiar to one manufacturer.

This Intent to Sole Source Notice is posted for two days only, as a duplicate of previously posted Intent to Sole Source Notice 36C24923Q00294, which was posted for the period of 05-01-2023 through 05-22--2023; so that, the eCMS contract writing system recognizes Intent to Sole Source Notice 36C24923Q0459 as the Base Notice for the upcoming award to be posted on, or about, September 1, 2023.
