REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
The Government is issuing this Request for Information to determine a competitive basis for the procurement described. This is not a solicitation. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this survey.

Requirement
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Nashville District, anticipates a requirement for a firm fixed-price construction contract for Old Hickory Powerhouse, Right Bank Switchgear Replacement in Hendersonville, Tennessee. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
The contractor shall provide all plant, material, labor, and equipment necessary to install new Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) medium voltage transformers and switchgear that supply the ESS building and Rockland Area substation on the right bank of Old Hickory Dam. The contractor shall provide all material, labor, and equipment necessary to reroute the existing feeders from the powerhouse to the new Government Furnished equipment; the dual feeders between the right bank switchgear and the Rockland Area substation shall be replaced with new contractor supplied equipment. The contractor shall provide installation of all material, labor, and equipment in accordance with the Government Furnished design and specifications.
