Presolicitation Notice to Award Master BPA Under Solicitation: W81K0224Q0005

Pursuant to FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) Sole Source. (Including brand name) under the authority of simplified acquisition procedures. The U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Medical Readiness Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price Master Blanket Purchase Agreement under solicitation W81K0224Q0005 to Premier Shockwave Inc., for a (5) year period to provide FDA Approved OssaTron High Energy Orthotripsy Devices, and related supplies. The FDA approved OssaTron High Energy Shockwave Orthotripsy devices are a non-invasive-surgical alternative used to treat chronic plantar fasciitis and chronic lateral epicondylitis, for patient specific needs based on the surgeon’s requirements. These devices are solely made by Premier Shockwave Inc, and solely distributed, with no other sources known available.

This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies can provide a Capability Statement and any supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
