This is an open-market combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested in response to this notice and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Submission of written quotes will only be accepted via email. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99. This acquisition will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside under NAISC 423430 - Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers, with a small business size standard of 250 employees.

This requirement is for the renewal of Vercara (Neustar) UltraDNS Managed DNS Services as follows:

- Vercara (Neustar) UltraDNS Domains 500 per month

- Monthly Queries: 150,000,000 per month

- Resource Records: 50,000 per month

- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Factor Authentication 5 per month

- Term: 12 months

- Part Number: NS-001

Payment will be made via EFT (not credit card.) Please provide quotes that only reflect an EFT payment. Any interested offerors must have an active registration in SAM.gov.

DOE intends to award this requirement as a firm-fixed contract for a one-year subscription period, April 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025.
