Special Notice – Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement

The Tennessee Air National Guard, located in Memphis Tennessee intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract to ADVANTOR SYSTEMS CORPORATION - 12612 Challenger Pkwy Ste 300, Orlando, FL 32826-2700. ADVANTOR SYSTEMS CORPORATION will provide and install six (6) TagMaster Long Range RFID Readers to replace nonoperational readers as specified by site personnel at the Memphis Air National Guard Base, 4593 Swinnea Rd. Memphis TN 38118.

The requirement will be sole sourced to ADVANTOR SYSTEMS CORPORATION in order to conform with the warranty and service agreement on the component or system.

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (1) "soliciting from a single source." The NAICS code is 334290 and has a size standard of 800 employees for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 8:00 a.m. CDT, 1 September 2023 to: 164.AW.MSC.ORG@US.AF.MIL . Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
