THE EASTERN FEDERAL LANDS HIGHWAY DIVISION (EFLHD), FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION INTENDS TO PROCURE THE FOLLOWING:





1. ANTON PAAR SMARTPAVE 92 DYNAMIC SHEAR RHEOMETER TO INCLUDE INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION, TRAINING AND CALIBRATION.
