Description

Single-crystal X-ray diffractometer for small molecule and protein crystallography with the following features:

Rotating anode source (1200 W),

Spare anode assembly,

Water-to-water heat exchanger,

Dual wavelength (Cu & Mo) with automatic switching between the two,

Fine focus, 70 microns (Cu)/ 100 microns (Mo),

Single photon counting detector (100 microns pixel size) with size to cover 150 deg angle,

Kappa goniometer with IUCr standard XYZ goniometer head,

Sample centering system,

Sample temperature ranges of 80-1273K, using cooled nitrogen gas flow for 80-400K, temperature precision +/- 1 degree,

Interlocked radiation enclosure,

Data acquisition, instrument control, and data analysis using CrysAlisPro,

Windows computer control,

One year warranty, and additional one year service contract
