Description: The contractor shall provide residential experience for a total estimated 570 Cadets. There will be three (3) four (4) day cycles with 190 Cadets and 50 JROTC instructors per cycle. Cycle 1 shall run from 2-5 June 2023. Cycle 2 shall run from 9-12 June 2023. Cycle 3 shall run from 16-19 June 2023. The Period of performance is 2-5 June, 9-12 June, and 16-19 June 2023. The four-day residential camp will consist of three cycles with 190 Cadets per cycle participating. Cycle one starts on 2 June ending 5 June 2023, cycle two starts on 9 June ending 12 June 2023, and cycle three starts on 16 June ending 19 June 2023. During the residential camp, the contractor shall provide meals and lodging in in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The participating Cadets are from JROTC battalions across the State of Alabama.

The MICC - Ft Knox intends to award a contract, on a sole source basis to Auburn University, Doing Business as Alabama 4-H Center for Birmingham JCLC services to support the U.S. Army Cadet Command with a period of performance of 2 June 2023 –19 June 2023. The anticipated award date is 30 May 2021.
