Description

The offered space meets the Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.



A fully serviced lease is required. Offer space must not be located in the 100 year flood plain.



NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION



The U.S. Government currently occupies office space in the building under a lease in Dyersburg, TN that will expires June 1, 2023. The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to execute and award a Renewal Option for the Social Security Administration (SSA) located at 1070 Vendall Road Dyersburg, TN. This advertising is acknowledgment of A Notice of Intent that SSA will remain in the current location while exercise Lease Renewal Option.



The current location meets the Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.



It is fully serviced is located in the 100 year flood plain.
