Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 09 (NCO 9), intends to solicit quotes from contractors for Biological Safety Cabinet, Fume Hood, Flow Bench, and HEPA certification and testing for Hood Systems located at:

The VA anticipates posting a Small Business Set aside RFQ for this requirement to beta.SAM.gov on or about February 06 2024. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from beta.SAM.gov, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to offerors about the quote submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website (https://www.beta.sam.gov) so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments.

Description: Vendor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision of a certified-licensed technician to perform recurring testing and certifications of specific Biological Safety Cabinet, Fume Hoods, Flow Benches, and HEPA certifications and testing for required Hood Systems. All responsible sources may submit quotes to the forthcoming RFQ, which shall be considered by the Agency. This is a pre-solicitation notice; no quotes or bids are being accepted at this time.
