Description

- Approximately 1,000 - 1,800 SF (approximately 3-4 people)



- Approximately 8 parking stalls



- In Hamilton Co, TN



- Infrastructure for broadband / fiber optic service





It would be ideal if the facility had:





- At least one office (we will build if needed)



- One conference room for 10 people (we can build if needed)



- One breakroom/kitchenette (can double as conference room).



- Two restrooms (men's and women's)



- Desks and cubicles (we will buy furniture if needed)



- Not in Downtown Chattanooga



- In/near Ooltewah/Collegedale/ or Hamilton Place (East side of Hamilton Co.)
