On behalf of the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 9 is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for a firm-fixed priced contract for a SpyGlass Discover Controller (Brand name SpyGlass or equal). The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339113.

SpyGlass Discover Digital Controller
The SpyGlass controller is an electronic device that utilizes a disposable digital catheter. The controller receives video images from the digital catheter, processes the video signals and outputs the live time video images to a video monitor. The controller also produces/controls light that is transmitted to the end of the disposable digital catheter. The controller does not generate any reports or hold any patient information.

Any substitution must be able to be used with disposable digital catheters to perform the functions stated above.
