This is a public synopsis of a forthcoming solicitation in accordance with FAR 36.213-2. This is NOT a solicitation, and no solicitation documents are currently publicly available.
This pre-solicitation notice is for Solicitation Number 36C2423Q0614 for a base plus four yearly options for delivery of immunoassays for the Memphis VA Medical Center located at 1030 Jefferson Avenue Memphis, TN 38104.
This project will be set aside for Small Business Set-Aside (SB). Competition for this procurement is restricted to verified SBA Cert SMALL BUSINESS (SB) Contractors. The SB must be a small business under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in https://www.sam.gov and/or https://veterans.certify.sba.gov
The NAICS code for this procurement is 325413, in-vitro diagnostic substance manufacturing, size standard: 1250 employees.
SCOPE OF WORK:
The scope of this project is to provide delivery of immunoassays as required by the medical facility. Base year period of performance is 10/01/2023-09/30/2023 with four option years thereafter. The Contractor shall furnish labor and materials to develop and delivery the needed immunoassays to the medical facility.
PROJECT COMPLETION: Contractor to start on 10/01/2023 after receiving the award notice.
Prospective contractors must be registered and certified online with SBA Cert information in lieu of VetBiz https://veterans.certify.sba.gov and/or must be registered at https://www.sam.gov in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 to be eligible for award. T
