The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District's Metals Unit located at the Ensley Engineer Yard in Memphis, TN as well as the W.G. Huxtable Pumping Plant in Marianna, AR and the Graham Burke Pumping Plant in Elaine, AR require an array of gases and miscellaneous welding supplies to complete their mission. All gases will be delivered in bottles that are pressure tested and regularly maintained by the Contractor. A routine inspection of the supplies at each location will be made by the Contractor where they will replace any empty or damaged bottles with a new bottle full of its labeled gas. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District intends to award a minimum of two (2) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) from this Solicitation. The period of performance for the BPAs will be five (5) years from the effective date. The Contractor shall provide supplies and material to include any combination of the following upon request:
