The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Nashville District, Contracting Division, intends to award under a sole source basis (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) for Other than Full and Open Competition. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other will satisfy the agency requirements, the Government intends to award a sole source contract with Convention Center Authority Music City Center Garage. The contractor shall provide for up to 50 unreserved parking spaces.
