Description
The National Park Service (NPS), Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area (BISO) is issuing combined sol/synopsis for removal and replacement of all roofing components associated with the TN Log Dorm as outlined in the specifications. Location of work 4024 Leatherwood Road, Oneida, TN 37841.

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price

100% small business set-aside procurement.
The NAICS code is 238160 Roofing Contractors, and the size standard is $16.5 million. Additional NAICS Code is NAICS 238990, Other Specialty Trade Contractor

In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated to below $25,000.00.
