AFTC/PZIA located at Arnold AFB, TN intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Shermco Industries, Inc. (CAGE Code 5L855), to provide a Root Cause Analysis in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 1 – Statement of Work, using the authority at FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received electronically by 3:00 PM CST, 28 February 2023. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The information received may only be considered to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
