Description
This not a request for quotes; the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. VA Network Contracting Office (NCO) 9 is seeking sources interested and capable of providing the items as described below in the salient characteristics.

Responses to this notice shall include:
A positive statement of your firm s interest and capability to meet the requirements of the attached description of the required items.

Company/individual name, size status for the above reference NAICS code, a service capability statement, SAM Entity Unique Identifier (EUI), address, point of contact and examples of similar facilities to which similar items have been provided.

Contractors should provide information on whether they are certified SDVOSB, VOSB, Hub zone, 8(a), women-owned concern. If standard company brochures will be provided as a response to this Source Sought Notice, ensure that additional information tailored to this notice is included.

This is not a solicitation for quotes. Salients Characteristics:
The instrument must provide single-cell spatial transcriptomic visualization spanning from subcellular resolution up to 1 cm2 of tissue or slide-adherent cultured cells, the ability to visualize data using license-free software, and provide data that are compatible with open-source analysis tools like Scanpy and Seurat. It must provide an end-to-end solution enabling massively multiplexed single-cell in situ transcriptomic imaging with co-detection of 140-1000 whole transcriptome probes with six proteins (company or user-provided) in a single experiment, and must using the extensively validated MERFISH (multiplexed, error-robust fluorescent in situ hybridization) protocol.

A barcoding system designed with error robustness. The system can assign the readout to the nearest correct barcode.
