Documents are available on compact disc for non-refundable charges of $50.00, including shipping via overnight express service. Printed documents may be obtained in person pick-up or via mail, upon issuing office's receipt of payment for documents. The non-refundable cost of printed documents is $250.00/set, payable to Mattern & Craig plus a non-refundable charge for shipping. Bidder must be a bidder of record with the issuing office.
