RFP posted on our website for proposals that will be evaluated for Construction Manager/General Contractor. This project will construct a new higher education campus with state-of-the-art technical education spaces in Fentress County. This facility will house students and staff for Roane State Community College as well as TCAT Oneida/Huntsville. spaces will include high bay spaces for auto/diesel mechanics, manufacturing technology and building construction technology, laboratory spaces for allied health and a multipurpose wet lab, computer labs, general classrooms, office, community room and associated support spaces. Full site development will also be a part of the project with access road, parking, walkways, landscaping, and utilities. The new building is anticipated to be approximately 47,000 gross square feet. |
