For Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Crossville, Tennessee, Admin Building - remove existing drip edge and gutter metal edge detail only. Work to include 30 year roof edging attached to new gutters, downspouts and new underground boot connection install on exterior face of the building envelope. Trucker Building - remove existing non-ballasted single-ply EPDM roof over tapered insulation and install new roof system membrane, downspout and edge gutter metal detail. Install new underground boot connection installed on exterior face of the building envelope. |
