RFP posted on our website for proposals that will be evaluated for Construction Manager/General Contractor. The proposed Southern Technology Center (SRTC) is a collaboration of Columbia State Community College (CoSCC), TCAT Hohenwald and TCAT Pulaski. The project will provide industrial and healthcare workforce education and training to employers of South-Central Tennessee in a state-of-the-art facility on the existing CoSCC campus. The facility will house the CoSCC Health Science and Engineering Systems Technology programs along with certain Industrial Technology programs from TCAT Hohenwald and TCAT Pulaski. After construction is complete, the existing Health Sciences Building, Walter Building, and the Small Animal Holdings Buildings will be demolished. Spaces will include, but not limited to, high bay labs, classrooms, teaching labs, student space, offices, and support spaces. |
