RFP posted on our website for proposals that will be evaluated for Construction Manager/General Contractor. This project will construct a community college classroom building and the related site modifications. The project will consist of an addition on the east side of the existing facility. The spaces in the addition will include classrooms, administrative and faculty offices, a testing center, a multipurpose space with a catering kitchen, science labs, and nursing labs. The existing building will be renovated to include an IPCT lab, computer labs, classrooms, a receiving area, and a library. The construction is anticipated to require an initial phase to construct the addition and a second phase to renovate the existing building. The college will maintain operation in the existing building during the initial phase and will relocate to the addition during the renovation of the existing building. New bldg will be 39,700 gross square feet and renovation of existing 19,833 S.F. |
