This is a procurement for the Tennessee Department of Correction (TDOC) at the inactive Tennessee State Penitentiary (TSP). The scope of work involved is the upgrade of existing overhead electrical power distribution system owned by the State of Tennessee for the installation of 8 new electric service entrances and connection to each of eight (8) double wide trailers provided by others. The bid will include one new transformer, eight (8) new telephone poles, other wire, and fittings etc. to make complete eight (8) new electrical services, electrical utility lines, and related items at the old Tennessee State Penitentiary at 6406 Centennial Blvd., Nashville, TN, 37209.
