The purpose of this Invitation to Bid Event is to establish up to two (2), twelve (12) month contract(s) for multiple repairs including painting and repairs needed to including Garage doors and frames, Bollards, Observation Tower, Burn Building, Pavilions, and Fire Truck Bay floors for Tennessee Fire Service and Codes Enforcement Academy (TFACA) for the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance. SITE VISIT NOTIFICATION: October 13, 2022 following Pre-Bid Conference at 9:00 AM CST 2161 Unionville Deason Rd. Bell Buckle, TN 37020 Administration Building Conference Room *Alternative site visit times may be coordinated with the agency as needed. Alternative site visits must occur on or before October 19, 2022.
