The CITY OF CLEVELAND will receive sealed bids for contracted HVAC Services/Maintenance until 1:00 p.m. local time, on February 2, 2023, at the Cleveland Municipal Building Council Room, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311. Any bid received after the date and time specified shall not be considered.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on January 24, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. at the Cleveland Municipal Building Council Room, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311. There will be a MANDATORY site visit to all City buildings immediately following the meeting.
