The City of Cleveland will accept sealed Proposals for Employee Drug and Alcohol Testing Services until 3:00 P.M., EST, August 22, 2023, at the Cleveland Municipal Building, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311. Any proposal received after the date and time specified shall not be considered.
