The CITY OF CLEVELAND will receive sealed bids for contracted HVAC Services/Maintenance until 1:00 p.m. EST, on February 20, 2024, at the Cleveland Municipal Building Council Room, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311. Any bid received after the date and time specified shall not be considered.
A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on February 6, 2024, at 1:00 p.m., EST, at the Cleveland Municipal Building Council Room, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311. Optional site visits to City facilities will be scheduled at the pre-bid meeting.
