All substitution request forms must be emailed to Lisa Dyring at LDYRING@BLOUNTTN.ORG by this deadline.
Responses to all questions will be posted in either the "Questions" tab or as an Addendum in the "Attachments" tab of the online bidding system.
Responses will be posted as quickly as possible.
No Questions, Substitution Requests, or RFI's will be accepted after this date/time. Any reference to other accepted submission dates in the Project Manual are erroneous.

The public bid opening will be held at the response submittal deadline at Blount County Purchasing, Blount County Courthouse Room 319, 385 Court St., Maryville, TN 37804-5906.
The opening may also be accessed via Zoom at https://us06web.zoom.us/j/8101028314 meeting ID 810 102 8314 .
Bidders shall access the online bidding system for possible extension of this date and time.
