The intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to enter into a contract for the purchase of Concert Instruments for a new high school, ECCA located in Blount County, TN. Prospective bidders must have the ability to provide the requested instruments and be able to ensure all instruments are appropriately assembled (if required) and have staff available to service any instruments arriving with any type of damages.

Bid documents may be obtained at https://blounttn.ionwave.net/login.aspx . Vendors are encouraged to register with Blount County and submit their response through the online bidding system at this same link. Written (hard copy) responses are also acceptable. If submitting a written response, it must be submitted no later than the response deadline to Blount County Purchasing, Blount County Courthouse, Room 319, 385 Court St., Maryville, TN 37804-5906. Bid responses are not accepted via fax or email. Bidders may submit information in the online bidding system as soon as the bid is open and must allow ample time to submit their responses. No information may be submitted or modified beyond the Response Deadline Date / Time. Therefore submit information as soon as it is available.
