INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS
Sealed bids are to be received no later than 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 12 2023. All bid packets, with an original, clearly identified, and two copies, must be marked “FY2023-06-029 “Wastewater Laboratory Analysis” and addressed as follows:

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, accept bids in part or whole, waive defects, informalities, technicalities, or minor irregularities in bids or bid process, and to make bid awards as deemed to be in the City’s best interest. An award, if made, will be made to the successful Bidder deemed most responsive and responsible and whose bid is deemed to be most advantageous for the City of Bartlett.
