INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS
The City of Bartlett and Singleton Community Center is seeking bids to replace the old fire panel, installing fire alarm pulls, horns and strobe lights according to the NFPA 72 Standards.in each designated area. The fire alarm system will be a split-system, one for the main building and one for the gymnasium. Contractor shall provide all materials and labor required to complete the project as per the written specifications.
A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on April 4, 2023 at 2:00 PM (Central Time) to address your questions and provide additional information for this proposal. All interested respondents will be required to attend this meeting. The pre-bid conference will be held at Singleton Community Center, 7266 Third Road, Bartlett, TN 38135.

Sealed bids are to be received no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 20, 2023. All bid packets (original and two copies) to be labeled “FY2023-03-012 FIRE ALARM PANEL, STROBES AND HORNS” and addressed as follows:
