RFP posted on our website for proposals that will be evaluated for Construction Manager/General Contractor. This project will construct a new higher education campus with state-of-the-art technical education spaces in Fentress County. This facility will house students and staff for Roane State Community College as well as TCAT Oneida/Huntsville. Spaces will include high bay spaces for auto/diesel mechanics, manufacturing technology and building construction technology, laboratory spaces for allied health and a multipurpose wet lab, computer labs, general classrooms, offices, community room, and associated support spaces. Full site development will also be part of the project with access road, parking, walkways, landscaping, and utilities. The new building is anticipated to be approximately 47,000 gross square feet. |
